A reminder to all homeowners: Your new mailbox keys will be mailed to you beginning the week of 10/3/13 at the mailing address on file with the Association. It is important you watch for the new keys and store them in a safe place. You should receive 3 keys and a box number. Your physical mail box location will not change, however the unit number on the box is subject to change by the USPS.
Beginning October 24, 2013 mailboxes will be replaced in the community and you may begin using the new key. Please be advised that the Association is not responsible for maintaining your individual keys and will not replace lost keys.
Those who have occupants in their property, you are responsible to ensure the keys are available to the occupant.
