At the November 9, 2015 Board of Directors meeting, the Board approved a draft update to the Design Review Guidelines (Architectural Guidelines) presented to the Board by the Committee. The update includes many changes including drought tolerant plant guidelines and new paint colors. 

Please take time to review the proposed new paint color palette for the community HERE. Please be sure to contact management with any feedback you have on the proposed updates and colors so the Board can consider the same at their January 2016 Board meeting.
